The words “grilled cheese” mean something different to everyone. To some people, it evokes the memory of sitting at a dinner table, impatiently waiting for mom to put the finishing touches on a favorite before splitting it in half and watching the cheese slowly stretch beyond belief. For others, it might be a hasty snack in college that is made out of desperation for something resembling a meal. After all, ironing together two pieces of bread with some cheese is easy enough, right? Whatever good times you’re brought back to with the mention of a grilled cheese sandwich, there’s no reason you can’t bring back the classic with a few modern retouches. At its most basic, a grilled cheese sandwich is exactly that: some cheese between a couple of pieces of bread, heated or toasted until the bread is slightly crispy. Everyone will have their own versions of how to make it, a slight change in ingredients or cheese, but that’s how a grilled cheese sandwich starts. Some restaurants even have their own versions and there are even festivals built around the different kinds of grilled cheese sandwiches you can make. These are just a few examples of how beloved the sandwich has become around the world. In This Recipe Book You’ll Find:-Grilled Cheese Lasagna-Pear and Gouda Grilled Cheese Sandwich-Cranberry Brie Grilled Sandwich-Fontina and Blackberry Cheese Sandwich-Strawberry and Basil Grilled Cheese Sandwich-Grilled Hallumi Cheese-And Much, Much, More…
