Returning home from a mission trip to Mexico, Seth Roberts is tired, grieving, and wondering what God is doing in his life. To make matters worse, he has promised to help friend Tom Van der Haas host a party of teenage girls at Tom's uncle's beach house for spring break. He hopes to tell his troubles to his best friend Shawn Carpenter, who is also visiting the beach house, but Shawn and his wife Jenny are almost as troubled as Seth himself.

The girls put on an extravagant scavenger hunt to add adventure to their trip, and Seth jumps in with both feet, dealing with a stalker, a homeless stranger, and even a supposedly haunted house to distract himself from his broken heart. His friends and the girls only hope they can help him see God's real plans for Seth before he makes mistakes that can't be fixed. Book six in the Boys of Summer series for teen readers and the young at heart.
