It's an amazing rhyming scheme for young kids, where characters go on various adventures.

It was just another typical rainy day and all of a sudden Troy had come into contact with something or someone he was not familiar with. It was a short and happy boy staring back at Troy. This boy’s name was Rainboy and he had magical powers, which brought joy to any kid. This was because Rainboy could make any wish come true with the shake of his tail. Troy and Rainboy got along great; at the beginning of their journey, they met two other boys, Ned and Ted. The four of these new friends began their adventure and Rainboy brought them to all their favorite places. The day passed by playing in the snow, eating all the goodies in their own candy land, and enjoying all the fun at the circus. When the day ended everyone had to go their separate ways. Even though it was sad, they knew they would all meet up again one day. Troy was determined to see Rainboy again and every time Troy wished for rain, Rainboy had promised to save the day.
