Roman Adventure is an Ancient Roman role playing game that teaches as well as entertains. This was written after several years of studying Roman history and playing many role-playing games. On every page you will find historic information to use in play or for historic reference. The game includes several character classes one can play including: Roman soldiers and officers, German and Celtic tribesmen, Parthian nobles, rogues, spies, assassins, and politicians. The game gives historical description of armor and weapons of the Roman army and those whom it fought. A brief mythical and religion section gives details on cults and gods as well as mythical creatures that may be added into the game. An ancient coin section details the types of money that Greeks and Romans used and the things they bought with them. This game unlike other fantasy games will teach the player about real history and perhaps lead them to ask more historical questions.
