To share some of my personal experiences and help women over 50 to attain the correct mindset to plan for the future, and embrace age gracefully. Although this book was written for women over 50, I believe that women under fifty can actually benefit as well by gaining valuable information on fitness, weight loss, nutrition and exercise. By the time they turn fifty, they would be well informed on various issues that affect aging and they will be prepared. Some of the conditions and diseases mentioned in the book can actually affect women under fifty, so these women would gain an insight on when and where to go for check–ups on some of these treacherous deseases that come with aging. This book is to empower women to see the positive in things, and not weigh themselves down with negative thoughts and emotions.
