Edited and Revised August 2014

The year: 2059

The place: North Africa

The purpose: Protection of Hydrogen generators from local rebels

The first section: combat and a flashback to 2039.
The Flashback: How it all began (intrigue, romance, and suspense)

The second section: Intrigue, battles, and trickery

The question: Just what is Project AGE? What is its purpose?

We’re going into the future with this one. It is a story told by Sam, AKA Chip. He is a reluctant storyteller, but in this case he really spins a whopper. He speaks of energy shortages. He speaks of how people cope with them. It’s about a three star general who just might be a little paranoiad.

It’s about a pair of young lieutenants who are asked to lay down their lives and careers for their country, not on the battlefield, but in an effort to mislead the enemy, both foreign and domestic. For this effort, they realize that their names might be written forever in the history books as traitors.
