These recipes are collected by Diane Edwards and Glenna Brissey originated from Coloradans and artists who love to create western and ethnic foods. Coloradans tend to cook and bake with a little Southwestern flavor but they are eclectic in their food choices, leaning towards the healthy and quickest ways to cook. Coloradans, known for their love of the outdoors, also love chocolate as much as anyone!
