George Müller's life is remarkable not only for what he accomplished by speaking TO God, but also for what he accomplished in speaking ABOUT God. During the entire time Müller attended to the work of caring for thousands of orphans, he preached three times a week, totaling over 10,000 times. At the age of seventy, George Müller began to travel the world to preach, covering over 200,000 miles in forty-two different countries, and speaking in several different language. For the next seventeen years, he preached on the average of once a day, frequently speaking to as many as 4,500 or 5,000 persons at a time, and reaching some three million people altogether. This book is a collection of George Müller's sermons. Covering such topics as “The Twenty-Third Psalm” and “Trust in the Lord,” the reader is enriched with these practical words of comfort and encouragement. As Müller opens up the Scriptures, he shows the depth of the love of God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, he implores the congregation to accept that love and forgiveness, and exhorts the believer to walk in His light. The sermons also recall the proof of God's care for His people as Müller shares many of the answers to prayers he received over the years. At the same time, we gain a closer look at the man whose relationship with God sustained him through the most challenging times and encouraged him to trust his Lord in every situation.
