Like most men, I have always felt a bit weird ‘garage sale hunting’ which is a huge passion where I live. I have even known people who go to garage sales just to buy things to sell at their own garage sales!  Plus, there are few if any flea markets here, but I have always been a big fan of local pawn shops.  I love buying and selling things, I love bartering, getting a steal of a deal in the art of the ‘hunt’. So when I found Craigslist many years ago, it was love at first (web) sight.  I am a salesman by trade and have had some great success in doing so. It’s funny I get a bigger rush from a $5 score on craigslist then I ever did closing million dollar deals for work. It’s odd how that works. In this book I will explain my strategies and methodologies including a real world examples of how I have done it or dealt with it. I wrote this book out of pressure from my friends and family who want it for themselves; I guess my excuse for ‘no time to explain’ is gone. I hope you find it helpful and share it with your friends and family.
