About The Authors
Our names are Julie Bice Zoril and Meg Morrow. Between the two of us, we have more than 25 years of teaching experience and we have taught thousands of group fitness, yoga and barre classes. Barre is newer for both us, which means we still remember what it was like to make the transition from barre student to barre teacher. We remember what was easy and what was challenging, and in this book we share all of our knowledge, tips and tricks with you.
