This small book explores how to be a Laughing Buddha in all areas of your life, as long as you follow the Seven Basic Principles that I have outlined, these principles are:
1.Always smile.
2.Handle what you can handle.
3.When the going gets tough, you get tougher.
4.Stand up for what you believe in.
5.Be kind to others... Especially those that deserve it.
6.Take Responsibility for yourself.
7.Be the best person you can be.
In this book, I seek to explore each of these principles in detail and provide examples as to how you can apply these principles into your life.
