AskNshare.net is a disruptive social media powered market research platform for consumer service providers. In this report, the foundation of AskNshare Model of marketing is proposed; and its advantages compared to the Traditional Advertisement Model (TAM) is discussed. Further, AskNshare model is applied to a medium sized (300K - 1,000K RMB monthly revenue) restaurant located in one of the CapitaMall Asia Malls in Shanghai.The cost of acquiring new customers to any service provider’s business is a significant percentage (25%-35%) of total cost of doing business. The Traditional Advertisement Model (TAM) of marketing is not efficient since we can not track the flow of advertising message, and how it attracts a consumer. In the proposed AskNshare model of marketing, the existing customer’s experience is utilized to bring a new customer. The cost of acquiring a new customer is significantly lower than that of TAM model. The objective of this investigation is to measure the real time consumer experience (score for Location, Service, Social, Price, Food or LSSPF) at a popular restaurant in one of the malls owned by the Capita Mall Asia in Shanghai. Each consumer who took AskNshare real time survey was given an AskNshare coupon which he could use for the next visit. We track the flow of the coupon and measure the return rate of coupon.
