"Shall we be away?" he asked in a casual voice. "I still want to get a look at Sarah."
Race's eyes gleamed. "I believe I can cajole some scones out of her mother. Mrs. Oaks makes the best scones in the village."
Marcus made a show of licking his lips. "You should've mentioned it earlier."
Race laughed at his exaggerated display. "Shall we go through our usual summer activities? Hunt? Swim in the river? When do you plan to call on the tenants? Some of them were asking about you when I last went by."
"You forgot one thing: visit the tavern. Is the lovely Molly still working there?"
Race smirked. "She's one of the people who mentioned you. Apparently, she can't get enough of your huge cock."
