In my book I write about the “HAARP Weapon” (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program). It was initially designed as a military defense mechanism using high powered radio frequency transmitters, intended as a space shield against incoming weapons, or as otherwise implied - a device for repairing the ozone layer.
However the weapon may being used for weather modification, which can cause climate change. It has been linked to causing earthquakes and natural disasters such as floods, droughts, and hurricanes. It can be used as a weapon of the “New World Order”, which revolves around money and control in the sense that the entire national economies could be damaged through climatic manipulations by altering the climate in different parts of the world, and thus resulting in the destabilization of agricultural and ecological systems. They can turn the economy to their own financial agenda.
