Highly Sensitive People, while at work and performing tasks, are naturally hardworking, conscientious and precise, but they are uncomfortable with being closely supervised. To be scrutinized is painful. This causes a deficiency in productivity.
Others, sometimes, misunderstand sensitive individuals and view them as being stubborn, rather than individualistic.
