HAMMERED!

James Neville
The Electronic Book Company , English

Hammered is based on true events that happened in 1992.

Forced by crooks into trying to sell a stolen antiquity, London-based, Guy a charming but feckless loser, is tempted into thinking he is going to be the one who makes the most from it. The problem is the relic is too hot to handle as are the crooks who planted it on him and who threaten violence if he does not sell it on and pay them a share of the proceeds. In deep trouble, Guy seeks help from his mother’s partner who has a contact in New York and who might just save the day. However, events in America don’t exactly go to plan, leaving everyone stunned.

Names and places have been changed to protect those who could be implicated in any future investigations.
