From the very first moment we are born, we arrive in this world free of habits and with a natural happiness state built in. Then guess what, life comes along and gives us trials, experiences, challenges, joy, pain and anxiety. So as we grow, that natural happiness we were born with is slowly chipped away and if we are not careful, it can disappear altogether. In actual fact, as grown ups, we have to rediscover and learn all over again to find our happiness and jealously guard it. The habits we develop as we grow can be both positive and negative for us. This eArticle is aimed at reminding us of that lost happiness and helping us to bring our happiness back, by using regular proven, practiced habits to use every day.

For example, consider a baby, it can teach us three very valuable lessons. Firstly, a baby laughs for no reason, babies just love to laugh (okay they are also good at the odd cry also, but see lesson three for that one). Second, a baby is always busy doing something, learning, investigating and exploring. Thirdly, a baby never gives up, it keeps going until it gets what it wants ( i.e. crying ).
Three simple lessons, from a young mentor, someone not yet touched by life. Most of us grown ups can do with reviewing these lessons, something simple that we should remember. We need to get back to some of these basic habits in order to reach our happiness again. This book will help you get there.

Many people are mistaken in their belief that their happiness depends on circumstance or other people to achieve true happiness. The truth is that it is much simpler than that, much, much simpler. True happiness comes from within you, it is your choice. You must decide to be happy .... simple as that.

So what has developing good habits got to do with finding your happiness ? The answer is.. Everything !
