On September 12, 2011 Jack was at work. His mother was in the elevator. Her plan was to surprise him by taking him to lunch. They were both killed by a massive earthquake that hit New York City. Maggie lost the love of her life that day. After the dust settled in her heart, she found Jack’s blog icon on his laptop.

She began writing to Jack, via his blog, on September 14, 2011. This story begins two years, one month and two days after his death. Maggie wrote to Jack every day for a total of 762 days before what you are about to read.

How much longer must she wait for her heart to heal and for Jack’s memory to fade?
