The Mystery of Blackthorn Woods is a very clever, witty, whimsical tale of mystery, suspense and adventure. An Illustrated Gothic Fantasy Children's Book full of wonder. The Noire family just moved to the small town of Blackthorn Woods – where very mysterious events are happening. Sixteen year old Victoria finds herself on a quest to figure out what exactly is going on. Strange lights in the woods, strange dreams and unusual encounters are all part of this fun tale. We should also note that the Noire family is quite strange. There are many clues to be found. Also, the author isn’t really sure what age group this book is for – but there are only a few big words here and there. I should have said something more about the woods, but you will just have to read about that in the book…
