It's a tiny grain of faith that we are given when we first accept Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, but that faith alone is not enough to keep on us the right path towards God or to create a relationship with Him. The more faith we have, the more confident we become in who we are and who Christ is in us and the more we are able to accept everything that was accomplished on the cross. Our hearts are filled with His joy and our love for Him grows so that we are able to trust Him for healing our bodies and meeting our needs even when the world says it can't happen. This joy becomes our strength when we are faced with overwhelming trials and it gives us peace as we wait and watch for the victory over them.
