We are able to survive on little sleep for a short period of time but we can’t function on this for long. After a couple of months sleep deprivation catches up with us and can cause problems such as memory and energy loss.

When a new baby joins a family everyone expects to forgo sleep for a little while. Newborn babies need to wake regularly to feed as they have very small stomachs. When a baby comes into your life you have to be realistic and live with broken sleep for a short period of time. There comes a point though when you have to claim your sleep back. If you don’t do this you will stumble through life for the next several years in a hazy fog. It’s not just us parents who suffer due to lack of sleep. Your baby needs a certain amount to grow, develop and enjoy life.

Most babies are not born good sleepers. This is because they need to be supported and shown how to do this. We show our children how to do most things in life such as: how to hold a spoon, how to use a toilet and how to tie their shoes. Encouraging your baby to learn how to settle herself to sleep is one of the first things you can do as a parent to help your baby grow into a happy and self-assured individual.

This two week program is for first time parents whose baby is between 2 and 12 months old. From day one you will learn how to help your baby settle herself to sleep in an effective but gentle way.

You and your baby will have a better nights sleep within two weeks.

I spent two years prior to writing this book researching the topic of baby sleep. Through trial and some error but many successes we now have a child who sleeps well. Not only is our son a good sleeper but also he is happy, self-assured, inquisitive and full of energy. I have shared my research and methods and have helped parents successfully encourage their babies to sleep through the night. I have pulled everything that we have learnt as a family over the last two years together so that I can share our methods with you.

Purchase Two Weeks to Sleep and you will have free access to a selection of workbooks and bonus documents.
