Diagnosed with fibromyalgia? I want to help you, and I think that just maybe I can. This “Mini Book” will help you determine if you can be helped by the same method that helped me. Be sure to read Chapter 2 for clues on what is the cause of your fibromyalgia. Compare the symptoms listed in the Appendix. If these ring true for you, then you need to read further in “How I Overcame Fibromyalgia”, also available on Amazon. I offer insight to both fibromyalgia patients and medical professionals. Through a freak accident I experienced the whole spectrum of injury, misdiagnosis, and misguided treatment for my fibromyalgia. My experience was followed by—finally—a remarkable recovery, and all within a relatively short period of time. In many cases this is the same pattern that is slowly played out over an extended period. Considering that fibromyalgia and its close cousins, chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic depression, supposedly have no real explanation and no real cure—at least, according to mainstream medicine—I think that my experience can help to shed much-needed light on the problem. If the criteria listed in Chapter 2 of this book sounds familiar this can be the first step in your recovery. Let me help you connect the dots too so that you too can recover from fibromyalgia!
