Events have grown to a frightening crescendo by the time she returns and a young woman's life hangs in the balance of solving the mystery of Thorn Hill's resident ghost who strongly resembles the lovely Rose who died there. Maree is drawn into the dramatic solution of finding peace for this spirit and saving another life.
