Hi,

My names Pat Yarbrough and this is my book. In it I talk about the things that I've found that are actually important to help you live your life gluten-free. When I was first diagnosed with celiac disease in January of the year 2000, which "officially" made me gluten-intolerant, there wasn't a whole lot of information about living and eating gluten-free.

Because of that, the early years were really tough. I had to figure it out myself. And that meant gluten reactions, lost work and lost income. But, I’ve learned that if you go about it right, it is possible to live a full, satisfying life in spite of needing to live gluten-free. And, in my book I talk about what it really takes to live successfully with gluten intolerance, gluten sensitivity or wheat allergy.

I get down into the nitty-gritty of eating gluten-free. My book has recipes, meal plans and safe foods lists. I talk about how to make sure your food that you buy is actually gluten-free. I discuss some of the games manufacturers play to make you think the food's gluten-free when its not. I talk about cross-contamination and what you can do to identify where that gluten-reaction is coming from.

And, I talk about dealing with family, schools, gluten-free kids, setting up your kitchen and pantry and more.

I really hope that this can be a very helpful book to you because I know from personal experience just how hard finding out that you have a disease that makes you gluten intolerant, gluten sensitive or have a wheat allergy, can be, especially when you are first diagnosed...

… I know that I had secret fears about not being able to find foods that I could actually eat and enjoy. I had fears about not being able to stay healthy with what I could find in my local grocery stores. And, so did my husband. Years later he shared about some of the fears that he had when I was first diagnosed with celiac disease.

It was a scary, frustrating time for both of us.

But, I think that my fear about losing the times of meal-time intimacy and closeness that had become a treasured possessions of mine was the worst fear of them all. I was afraid that those precious moments would be lost forever because of my newly discovered condition.

I will never forget the first time that I served one of my gluten-free meals to my family for dinner. It was not a pretty, congenial or fun family time. It was a disaster. It seemed like the whole family was furious with me. They later told me that they hated the food, it tasted “empty” and they were afraid that I would insist that they eat my gluten-free food from then on.

It was a time when I felt very alone, scared and hopeless.

But, it doesn’t need to be that way for you. You will learn to deal with your condition and you will learn to deal with it well... just like I did.

You have taken the first step to doing that by purchasing this book. It contains everything important from my first two books plus much more. It talks about dealing with gluten-free kids at various ages including babies, setting up your pantry and kitchen in a mixed-gluten-free environment household, and a special section about meal planning which includes an actual 7-day menu plan with recipes, pictures and preparation instructions.

This is the book that I wish that I had when I was first diagnosed with celiac disease... It would have made my new life so much easier.

People without the need to live gluten-free can't possibly understand completely what you and I go through each day. And, they never will unless they wake up one morning and discover that they too have celiac or a similar disease

My heart's desire is to help you live fully and well in spite of your condition.

Don’t wait, get your copy right now! It's guaranteed so if it doesn't do everything that you expect it to do, just tell Amazon and they will give you your money back with no hassle, strain or pain.

Take care and let me know what you think of
