Two Bars Collection #1 contains the first three volumes of the Two Bars series: Two Bars Volume One Drum Warm Ups, Two Bars Volume Two Basic Latin Drums, and Two Bars Volume Three Basic Rock Drums. The original introductions have been retained and appear at the beginning of each volume. You may navigate to the beginning of each volume by using the main table of contents. Each volume then contains its own table of contents. You may navigate to literally any page using the table of contents function on your eReader, or the table of contents fuction on your computer, tablet, or smartphone app.
The Two Bars series consists of musical notation uniquely formatted to be easily viewable on any eReader, tablet, or smartphone, no matter the screen size. Each volume contains a compilation of musical examples that I have found useful during the course of my career. It is assumed that the reader has a basic grasp of musical notation and wishes to cut to the chase and PLAY.
For best viewing, set your eReader to landscape mode. If you're using a tablet or smartphone, simply tip it on its side.
What you will find in these volumes: basic warm up exercises and examples of musical patterns and styles. What you will not find in these volumes: a lot of text. As a matter of fact, this introduction is the last text you will see. Other than the title of each example (and some minimal explanation of that example when necessary), I have deliberately left the books nearly text-free.
Each volume contains a linkable table of contents, and hyperlinks on each page. This allows for easy navigation to any location or exercise included in that book with a simple tap on the screen, or push of a button. Also, navigation to any location or exercise included in that book can be easily accomplished by using the table of contents function on your eReader or app. In other words, the reader may navigate to literally any page of any volume with just that simple tap on the screen, or push of that button.
