When a man is given community service he is sent to pay his penance at a church social club for wayward children. The man decides to take his orphaned niece Michelle with him. She is a brilliant young girl and through hard work and dedication turns the second rate club from a no go zone in to the most happening place in town.
Michelle creates all kinds of exciting projects to keep the kids out of the pin ball parlour and secures funding to make dreams come true. Sadly her success causes the stench of resentment and loathing to fester in some quarters.
Then tragedy strikes when she is skittled and killed in a car accident. The rain comes as God begins to cry. We know that life will never be the same again but her amazing legacy will live on.
