As Missy stirred, she realized she was in Josh's bed and held on fast to the warm body beside her. Gently pulling himself from her grip, Josh headed off to grab a shower and clean up. Don't get sucked in now, old boy.
She knew better, he'd been so nice to her, but something inside sent her to the bathroom. She heard the water running, splashing off his body. She wanted to see, wanted to touch, and yet didn't want to push. Missy dropped the shirt off her body, took a deep breath and drew open the shower curtain, climbing into the shower behind Josh.
"Whoa, wait a minute here," Josh said, caught off guard.
"Shhh," Missy said a finger to her lips. She reached over and picked up the bar of soap.
