This is a compilation of 3 concise books that I have written about my passion for running. Each book has been successful in it's own right, but I wanted to give people the opportunity of obtaining all three as a resource to refer to as they train and run.
Whether it is a person who has just watched a race and has thought ''I would like to try and do that'' or a seasoned runner who would like to pick up some tips that I have noted from my experience, or someone who likes to read about other peoples adventures and would like to know all about my personal running story, this collection of books will certainly have something for everyone.
I would hope that those who read it get as much satisfaction from it as I did actually writing it and my greatest hope is that it inspires people on to do great things in their running.
