My name is Gretchen Price, AKA Crumb Boss, owner of Woodland Bakery in Chatham, New Jersey. Crumb Boss TV on YouTube is a friendly, fun, positive-energy meeting ground for like-minded pastry people who share an interest in SUGAR and all things sweet.
I am a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, and have many years experience in the foodservice industry – including more than six years as owner of Woodland Bakery. My goal is to pass on to my viewers and readers the information I’ve obtained through hundreds of thousands of hours of working, learning, experimenting, creating new recipes, making mistakes and troubleshooting, all to achieve the highest quality results. My mission is to transfer that experience to YOU, in a way that’s fun, easy and EFFICIENT. Hopefully it will take some of the fear out of approaching a baking kitchen!
