They say that pregnancy is a blissful state, but most pregnant women disagree. Problems that arise as months pass by and the baby is grows can overshadow all the happiness they should feel about the arrival of a child. Morning sickness in the first quarter is just the beginning: soon it is chased by back pain, swollen hands and feet, burning heartburn, stretch marks and varicose veins, fatigue... the list goes on and on.

If you want to get pregnant, or if you are in the early stages of pregnancy I don't want to scare you; I simply want to warn you about what may occur and teach you how to cope with any problems that may arise. If you're pregnant and you don't have these problems, I can only say - you are blessed!
