As the New Years Eve celebrations kick off along the boardwalks of Moonlight City, an ancient force awakens beneath the sand, threatening to spur a disaster of cataclysmic proportions. Looks like an early end to the holidays for half-demon detective Tina Peterson. Well at least she has her partner, Boris the Russian werebear, and vampire private eye Sam Parker to keep her company.
