11-year-old Devon Cullin and his pals embark on a boat trip to their favorite island off the coast of Florida. Upon arrival they discover that a hurricane has suddenly turned their way. Barely surviving a harrowing trip back home, they flee to the house and try to engage the hurricane shutters as the fierce storms hits, much stronger than originally forcast.
