"Through action, sorrow, a little humor and a little romance, Don weaves the story about a young girl and boy that whose parents are killed in a raid on their ranch. They live with the Indians for a while, and then get lose on their own. The boy Jimmy heads farther west and become a fast gun, and on the wrong side of the law. Jennie finally decides to set out to find him. They were both taught by their father to use two guns, and were both pretty good with them. After a run in with an outlaw and Jennie takes him in to the law and receives a reward that maybe she can pick up a little money along the way by catching others. In the trail she is following to find her brother she meets a lot of them anyway.
She befriends some other people along the way and saves them from disaster. Since she is very pretty young lady everyone thinks she shouldn’t be out there riding this wild country by herself. After following her brother across New Mexico, and all over Arizona with her finally catching up with him. Her catching up with him causes a big shoot up with his gang."
