Shortly after being shot in a night club, Garry L. Jones went on to finish his Degree in Criminal Justice, at North Carolina Central University. Mr. Jones worked in six different prisons, starting out at one of the toughest prisons in the world, and ending with the United States Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons. Throughout his tenure he had to endure the hell of literally fighting hardened criminals, and some of the staff until blood appeared. Though there were times he had to use his fist to survive the penal system, he also had to fight against corruption and politics amongst his peers, while at the same time endeavoring to save a marriage that was falling apart.
