(Part 1: Trials)
The mellow-gold light coming into the call-centre full of doctors let it be known that it was almost the end of shift for most. I knew I had done well in my training and was thankful to have a job as a doctor. I just hoped that I wouldn't get drafted to help out in Mexico. I was just happy to be answering calls and saving lives.
I was happy and then there was a blinding light that sent us all into hysterics. Then there was an explosion. Then betrayal. Then I began my journey. My trials. My life was never going to be the same.
Follow this new doctor from call-centre all the way to a field, a discovery and a drastic altering of the course of their life and the lives of all.
