It is indeed fun to own a puppy. They are cute bundles of barking joy and they never seem to erase a smile on your face. Some puppies are quite on the energetic side and would really find ways to re-arrange your house. Every family who lives on your block owns a puppy and they can’t help but dress them up and treat them as one of their own kin.

More and more families are welcoming little puppies to their houses especially when they have little kids too. They think that this will be a good chance for their little child to bond and grow up together with a puppy similar to his or her age.

You have to also be cautious too since some breeds are known to be territorial and they protect only their master or who is closest to them. If your child is not as close to the puppy or dog, well, you have to think twice. One more thing, not all canines are groomed to be pets due to their killing or hunting natures; they might endanger the lives of those close to you and most especially the innocent looking bunnies that are hopping around your garden.

It is best to purchase them when they are still just puppies since this way you can teach them some personalized tricks and some rules of the house rather than getting a trained and grown up dog not unless you are considering a guard dog for your home. These little puppies should be given attention and love just like your own children.
