Words -- dare I use a cliche? does what it says on the tin. It is a book brought to you by father and daughter, John and Alexandra Haines - or - JandA when they collaborate as one. John's offerings are firmly in the traditional, light hearted, rarely serious. There is a medieval caper in rhyming couplets, a touch of the Irish Blarney, a trip to the Music Hall, some novel financial advice for the community, and a few limericks, jokes and more. Alexandra is of now, and it shows. There is her love for McFly, her thoughts on Aliens, Bananas, her beloved Liverpool, and some simple but thoughtful as well as delightful verses on the foibles of life. So, nowt else to say, except, as JandA hopes will be the case - enjoy!
