Dr. Wanda D. Tolbert is the founder of Luke Four: 18 International Outreach Ministries, and her concentration area is Honduras. She is a member of a Spanish church located in Hamilton, Ohio, Tabernaculo de Adoracion Jesus Cristo la Roca. She is a professional hairstylist and is in stewardship of a salon located in Forest Park, Ohio. The salon just isn't about doing hair and getting "paid" but to stand in the hedge and fill in the gap in that city!

Dr. Tolbert holds a bachelor's degree in religion, a master's degree in religious studies, and a doctorate in philosophy. This is her third publication; Evangelism in the 1900's was her first publication, and Don't Work for the Money, Let the Money Work for You! is her second publication. It is also available in Spanish.
