About The Author:

Dr. Syamala Kallury (b. 1949) served for over a decade as lecturer in English in the Colleges run by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. She also taught for three years as lecturer in Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi. In June 1983 she was awarded the Defree of Doctor of Philosophy by the Andhra University for her work “Symbolism in the Poetry of Sri Aurobindo”.
