DISCLAIMER
This book is the supporting material for a plotting class taught at writing conferences and in no way is meant to be a full-blown plotting book. Class attendees asked for a cheap ebook and we complied.
The intent of this book is to present the craft of plotting in UNDER 30 MINUTES. Estimated word count is 5000. In other words, it is a SHORT book. We keep saying "short" because some reviewers remain surprised to find it is a SHORT BOOK and criticize its brevity.

The information contained in Plotting Simplified came from research, reading great novels, studying writing books, taking classes at writers conferences and practicing what I'd learned. After two years of using this information I landed a 3-book contract that allowed me to quit my day job and write full time. I do not mean to imply this will happen for you. But the concepts of basic plotting will help your story meet the minimum requirements for good story telling. Good luck! Here's hoping you become a "blessed seller."

BOOK DESCRIPTIONWe remember characters; we pitch plot. In Plotting Simplified you'll learn how to map your story using the "passage markers" that shape every story's journey. From introduction and motivation to your Lead's moment of maximum angst, you'll see how easy it is to develop a story line and keep your characters on the path to a compelling climax.

Learn how to introduce the Great Disturbance, what 4 Questions you should ask of your plot, how to map-out your story, manage your key scenes, the 7 Keys to every good plot, whyWorryConflict and Disaster spells success for the writer, and how to introduce your Major Dramatic Question.
