When Kaeli and Navarre finally get together, the build-up is worth it. Oh, my. CARNAL KNOWLEDGE is the second story in Ms. Anwar's series of short stories and there is the hint of more to come. The author is slowly giving out more background information with each story, which can be frustrating for those who want all the questions answered now. But at least with the knowledge of more stories on the way, that impatience can be curbed a little.

The attraction between Kaeli and Navarre is so hot and intense that while you are reading it will steam the pages or your screen. We meet Navarre in Ms. Anwar first Carnal book. But here we learn more and get to know and appreciate Navarre as he finds his true love in Kaeli, and we root as he has to make tough decisions about what to do to survive and keep his love.
