The Iceman's Stone - George E Williams

The Iceman's Stone

A body frozen in a receding Alaskan glacier is discovered. Unlike Otzi the ice man found in the Italian Alps by tourists, this find is preserved for two teams of anthropologists. In the ice man's hand is a stone which cannot be from this world. A team of agents from the NSA don't want this ice man to go public. They are killing off everyone who comes in contact with the ice man except for two grad students. As the grad students unravel the mystery of the ice man and his stone, the FBI becomes involved. A fingerprint is found on the ice man's murder weapon, a print which matches a sealed record in the FBI database. The students endure bizarre killings, a college campus shooting, the death of their close friend in the FBI and a kidnapping to find the truth behind the ice man.
