The study of criminology places a substantial amount of research on the relationships between personality and criminality. In one of his greatest contributions to criminology, Hans Eysneck introduced the concept of the Conditioning Theory. Using the Conditioning Theory, which focused on the delinquency/personality relationship, this paper follows one of America’s most prolific serial killers. Known as the “Iceman”, Richard Kuklinski worked for all seven of the East Coast crime families as the premier contract killer for nearly 35 years.
