Radio is the primary means of cornmunications and is capable of satisfying the most important requirements for troop control under the most difficult conditions. However, at the same time, radio communications is also the most important source of information for the enemy. Therefore, coming to the forefront, along with the need to provide reliability of
radio comminications, are problems concerning the security of radio communications. This security determines the viability of command posts, the degree to which radio communications are protected against enemy jamming, and, as a result -- the reliability of control.
