Andrew Tucker, an investigative reporter in Portland, wrote a
series of articles about criminals who fell through the cracks of the criminal justice
system and got away with reprehensible acts. Shortly after each of his articles appeared
in the Portland Times, the perpetrators identified met justice. With circumstantial
evidence pointing at him, Andrew is sure of only one thing: He didn’t kill anybody.
